Farmer's Bloom believes in the transformative power of flowers to bring joy and foster community connection. We work directly with farmers to repurpose flowers for residents and patients in nursing homes, hospitals, and care facilities. In doing so, we are also creating pollinator habitat, promoting sustainability, and enhancing biodiversity on farms.
Our Story
Farmer’s Bloom began with a simple yet profound moment when a Maryland farmer brought buckets of sunflowers to a local hospital. Straight from the field and carrying the flowers he grew, he witnessed the joy on the faces of patients and staff alike. Inspired by this heartfelt connection, Farmer's Bloom was created.
How We Do It
Our model is simple: Farmer's Bloom partners with farmers who grow flowers for our cause. We harvest these flowers and deliver them the same day to our partner recipients.
